Even In our other battery ranges, the quality and care that has gone into producing them means that you are covered for an industry-leading ‘peace of mind’ warranty period. Now with our Gladiator Maintenance Free Battery we introduce a 60 Month Warranty which reflects not only our commitment to Australian Motorists but our continuing drive to innovate our product and set industry wide high level benchmark.

  • Warranty is conditional within manufacturers’ guidelines and specifications
  • Warranty is cancelled if battery packs are opened and original seals are broken
  • Warranty is cancelled if batteries are directly connected to moisture

In Australia, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If SuperCharge (itself or through a reseller) finds on examination that the battery is defective due to faulty manufacturing and is within the specified warranty period, then the battery will be replaced with an equivalent battery free of charge. The warranty period is not renewed or extended as a result of this replacement subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty will be voided if:

  • Wrong vehicle application.
  • Beyond warranty period.
  • Signs of mishandling
  • Damaged cover, casing, terminal posts, or plugs.
  • Occurence of leaks brought about by damaged cover or casing
  • Tampered codes and labels
  • Signs of overcharging (bulging) and undercharging (sulphation)

Reminders

  • DISCHARGED / FLAT battery is not a "warranty".
  • Warranty only covers "MANUFACTURING DEFECTS".
  • Battery may need to be returned to the manufacturer for testing if required.
  • If a load tester is available it is recommended to use it to confirm the results.
  • Make sure to key in the correct CCA or AH, whichever is applicable on the testers.
  • Normal wear and tear which may mean not meeting the CCA or AH claim, is not a warranty.
  • Warranty period is not renewed or extended should a battery replacement be approved
